To nominate a Cedars-Sinai Medical Center newborn care health professional that has consistently demonstrated excellence in the areas of service, education, comfort and care to newborn families and their babies during their hospitalization at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, please complete the ballot below.

The Good Beginnings Excellence in Newborn Care Awards, designed to honor all Cedars-Sinai Medical Center non physician newborn healthcare professionals (i.e., nurses, social workers, respiratory, occupational and physical therapists, lactation specialists, and more), will be presented in two categories. The first award will be in the area of nursing, while the second will be awarded to a professional from among the social workers, respiratory, occupational and physical therapists, lactation specialists, and others who care for newborns and their families.

Please nominate someone in both or either categories and share with us the reason for your nomination. Each person has the option to nominate two healthcare professionals in each category, for a total of four nominations, if they so choose.

All nominations will be kept in strict confidence, but will not be ‘anonymous’ as your email is required for nomination purposes.
